At Vette, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn’t perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
